The program is for people who a technical experts in their field – whether that be accounting, engineering or a trade, and need strong communication skills to succeed in business.  Whether that be formal presentations, communicating in meetings, or conversations one on one, if your presence and the way you communicate impacts your outcome, this program is for you.

This program does not look at how to improve your technical skills or your product. We will however look at how you are positioning your product or service.

We answer questions and have discussions around written communications, however, the program is predominantly focused on verbal communication.

I can’t answer that! However, I’ve never met a person who can’t improve their communication. Techniques we work through not only help to improve your communication, they can help fine-tune your strengths, speed up the planning phase or help reach your objective faster.

We recommend you set aside approximately 1 hour per module to review the videos. These modules are laptop and mobile friendly and broken into bite-sized chunks, so you can watch them at your desk, in transit, even whilst you’re waiting for the kettle to boil.

Implementing the activities and techniques is up to you how long you spend, and depending on how much you want to implement and change. You are also welcome to submit any of your changes for feedback.

The materials can be reviewed at your own pace, although within the program we recommend you complete one module every two weeks to get maximum value. The materials are available to you for 6 months following the completion of the program.
